Evelyn came to Western Australia in 1924 with her family. They
settled in the newly opened up district of Kalgarin (Near Hyden).
Some time later, Evelyn married ? Cull
Two of her sisters lived in the Eastern Goldfields (Kalgoorlie & Kookynie)
and it was this region which inspired at least some of her poetry
I will include more information just as soon as it turns up
I have been trying to find the copyright owner of Evelyn's poems, so far
without success, so I will put her poetry on this site with the
understanding that if I get an objection from the copyright owner, I will
remove them.
