General Conditions of Entry for Written Competitions - Specific competitions may vary
1. Entry fees must accompany the Entry Form. 2. Submitted poem(s) must be the original work of the submitter 3. Poems must have an Australian theme and consistent rhythm and rhyme. 4.There may be specific rules regarding maximum length, topic, entrant's age, previous results, max number of poems per entrant 5. Poet’s name to be on Entry Form only and not to be included on the poem. 6. Title of poem to appear on Entry Form and poem. 7. Entries must be received by the closing date - late entries will NOT be accepted 8. The prize winning poems will be announced in conjunction with the sponsoring event 9. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
